Jenin

Recently discovered this powerful documentary about the attack of the Israeli Defense Forces against the Refugee camp at Jenin in April of 2002.  Official reports say there were 52 palestinians killed in the attack, but listening to the testimony of the people interviewed in this documentary leads me to think that the actual numbers should probably be much higher.

Terrible videos, but nice to see an American Mormon so different from the stereotype that someone like me, a Muslim Moroccan, may have formed about Mormons. Will come back on a regular basis!

    Thanks Kafka,

I’m a little bit different from the stereotypical mormon. I love God with all of my heart. However, I am definitely not anywhere near the average mormon on the political spectrum. I am horrified by the treatment of the Palestinians (and many other of the relatively voiceless people of the world) by the powers that be. Thanks for stopping by.
