ElBaradei gets on the US Government’s nerves concerning Iran’s nuclear program

Mohamed ElBaradei has come out and said that he has no information that Iran is building nuclear weapons and says the US is adding fuel to the fire with our “warlike rhetoric.”

Of course I agree with ElBaradei 100%.  There has been no evidence uncovered by the IAEA that shows Iran is out to build a nuclear weapon.  So how does the US respond to this?

“He will say what he will. He is the head of a technical agency,” US State Department spokesman Sean McCormack told reporters. “I think we can handle diplomacy on this one.”

“We appreciate the work that the IAEA is performing but it is the member states of the international community that are going to be responsible of the diplomacy with respect to Iran and its nuclear program,” said McCormack.

At the White House, spokeswoman Dana Perino said there was no doubt about Iran’s plans because “this is a country that is enriching and reprocessing uranium and the reason that one does that is to lead towards a nuclear weapon.”

Why do all of the dumbest people work for the government?  Who is this Perino person anyway?  The US wants ElBaradei to butt out because he is an annoying voice, that is trying to hedge up the way of the neocon led effort to murder Iranians and start WWIII.  Good for ElBaradei.  May his voice get louder and louder and may the US public cease to fall for similar types of propaganda as that which led up to the Iraq war.
