This killer of civilians long after the war is over, utilized by the US heavily in Afganistan and Iraq, and by Israel in Lebanon, has been given new life by the US senate with most democrats for an ammendment to cut off financing for cluster bombs and most republicans voting against. Notably, Senator Clinton voted against the ammendment. I really hope she is not elected next election.
